Now, if you like dragging a tea spoon through a jar of peanut butter until you hit a chicken bone filled with a glass rod, you'll love the XD trigger! As I said earlier, I don't think the trigger really matters to a shooter who knows his firearm in our type of shooting, so no bigs. Luckily, and one of the best features OF that gun, it sits higher in the hand than an HK USP, which nobody believed was possible unless you were shooting a Sig. Now, that provides a nice, clear sight picture (given the rarified air at that altitude), and a snappy lil recoil impulse with more flip than Greg Luganus off a 10 meter board. Now, if that much charm isn't enough, there is the vaunted grip safety. Great thing to have, unless you miss the grip a little, and then the gun won't fire (Never been a believer in grip safeties).
Fred, I think you'll own an M&P by the end of the year, and I'll feel a lot better when you do. That or a GLOCK Gen IV will solve all of your problems...LOL
